During my tenure at China Fine Art Management, a private equity fund founded by Stanford alumni and dedicated to investing in world-renowned Chinese art, shaping global connections in Chinese Art Investment, I played a pivotal role in launching and managing this unique cross-border art fund from its inception. Reporting to founding managing partners in both the U.S. and China, I served as Operations Manager, Communications Manager, and Lead Market Analyst, where I led initiatives to elevate investor engagement, optimize fund operations, and cultivate a rewarding experience for our gallery visitors and clients.

My Contributions and Achievements
Operations and Visitor Experience
Managing daily operations for both the China office and the fund’s private gallery, I ensured a seamless visitor experience and an engaged client relationship with our investors. I led the client experience at our exclusive gallery, showcasing classical Chinese ink scrolls, while also supporting INKstudio, our contemporary ink art gallery to highlight INK as a profound artistic language representing the Chinese worldview.

Strategic Investor Relations
I worked directly with the Managing Partners to draft investor reports and deliver in-depth analytics on competitive positioning and quarterly performance. I also maintained strong investor relations by preparing and attending meetings with Limited Partners (LPs), contributing to effective communication and long-term trust.
Auction House Relations
I helped build and maintain the fund’s relationships with top auction houses in China, coordinating engagements to position our holdings in the market.
Catalog and Exhibition Oversight
I directed the publication of a comprehensive catalog featuring the fund’s holdings, enriched by contributions from internationally renowned art experts. This publication not only documented the significance of our collection but also elevated our fund’s prestige in the art investment sphere.

This experience was instrumental in deepening my expertise in cross-border fund operations, fine art investment, and investor relations within a complex cultural landscape. The journey with China Fine Art Management has given me a strong foundation for navigating high-stakes environments and fostering meaningful connections across diverse industries.
